I was honestly skeptical about AI screening tools at first, but after using Screenz, I came to appreciate how useful it could be, especially for a company like ours, where hiring the right people directly affected the quality of service we delivered to clients.
What stood out most was how natural the experience felt. It didn’t sound robotic at all. That made it much easier to assess candidates without second-guessing the process. It also helped us save time during screening while improving the consistency and quality of our hiring decisions.
There are a ton of hidden talents that can't really play the CV game or get rejected for being "too good". There's also a lot of psychological stuff at play when you're talking to a human vs to an AI: people tend to be much more open and chill talking to an AI. I'm all for this.
@monotykamary Hi Tom,
The best engineers I've hired had terrible CVs and there is definitely a "gameifying" happening with CV now that everyone is generating them. If you want, I can make a custom assessment for you on any role you like so you can test out your interviewing skills. I'm keen on getting feedback from you on the interviewer. LMK what you think.

This is smart, especially with so many ai applicants these days.
@matthew_lock Thanks Matt! Yes, there are many fake applications which are clogging up the pipelines.
