How do you differentiate from the masses of more well funded majors out there? Do you have a strategy that might permit a plug-in to those systems so recruiters can cross compare?

My wife's ex employer would have HR do some sort of analysis on whether or not the candidate would be technical enough, professional enough, and would evaluate their character skills.
This was all separate from the managers interview process.
This seems to be the A.I. version of that and it looks good!
