I’m Ben, the solo founder of Setora. I built this because I kept seeing the same story from barbershop owners: they’re stuck paying for 3-4 separate tools that don’t talk to each other, losing money to marketplace commissions, and can’t even export their own client data if they want to leave. What's on the roadmap, are you planning a mobile app?

Right now the platform is fully mobile-responsive so it works great on a phone browser, but a dedicated app is definitely something we're considering. We've got a public roadmap at https://www.setora.co.uk/roadmap where you can see what's coming next and what we're working on. We're always open to feedback on what to prioritise too!

How does the pricing compare to something like Fresha or Booksy?

Setora is 39/month per location, flat. No commissions, no per-user fees, no add-ons. The only extra is SMS reminders which are charged separately. With Fresha, the "free" plan takes up to 20% on new marketplace bookings plus payment processing fees - a typical 3-chair shop can end up paying 200-300/month. Booksy charges per staff member plus extras for things like marketing tools. We wanted to keep it simple - one predictable price, everything included.
