I want to share my experience with SetSchedule, a lead generation company for realtors based in California, as I believe it’s crucial for others to be aware of the potential pitfalls. I initially signed up with them, lured by the promise of qualified leads. Unfortunately, what I received were nothing but recycled, outdated leads that were essentially worthless. I wasted a whole year trying to work with these leads, and despite my better judgment, I gave them a second chance when they reached out to me. This time was even worse. The leads never answered the phone, and I never received any live calls, which had been promised. The customer service was horrendous; they rarely responded to my inquiries, and when they did, it took weeks to hear back. I wasn't alone in my frustrations—there are constant complaints from other agents as well. In fact, the Better Business Bureau shows that SetSchedule has accumulated over 300 complaints in the last three years, with 92 of those in just the past year. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. SetSchedule feels like a huge scam, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same disappointment and wasted investment that I did. If you’re a realtor looking for reliable leads, I recommend exploring other options to avoid the struggles I faced with this company.

Don't fall for their lies! The leads are NOT exclusive. The customer that are actually real (not many) almost always tell me they have received 3-5 phone calls from Realtors in the last 5 minutes. Many other "leads" are people that closed their transactions months earlier. The vast majority are leads that won't qualify for a bicycle, much less a house. I'm in the Denver market and at least 85% of the "leads" that come through are under 150K (cheap condos are over 300K). Set Schedule is selling old, bad, 200K under market and not-exclusive leads. Oh - and you're locked in once you sign. No way to get your money back. Not sure where the reviews are coming from on this website. Check all the other review sites to see they are actually a 1 star company. Also - all the people that left 5 star ratings have left 5 star reviews for EXACTLY the same companies (check it yourself). Clearly these are paid reviewers and the reviews are NOT real.

I have been Realtor member of SetSchedule for approximately 6 months and I am happy with the service that they provide. I have one active listing as a result of their referrals and I am confident that I will have another in the next few days. The leads that they have provided are 80+% with clients that have an interest in selling at some time in the future. As a Realtor I find it important to have a backlog of potential clients that will turn into future listings and SetSchedule helps me in this regard. It is up to me to work these leads until they list their home with me for sale.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the service and leads. My first appointment is about to close in a couple weeks. It was with a homeowner that wants to sell the house and buy a condo. The homeowner was also looking for a 3500sq ft. restaurant for a business endeavor with a business partner. I've been getting my leads from here for a couple months and I can see the great potential in the leads and the lead management process.

Set Schedule has become a standard part of my business practices. Every morning, I wake up and buy a lead or 7 on demand through their app. I am not sure how I operated without it, but I don't want to find out. Customer service has also been on point and has been great at answering any of my questions. The CRM is also fantastic! I plan to work wit Set Schedule on a contentious basis moving forward! I recommend Set Schedule to anyone looking to increase business and find great leads when you need them. I would say this is the best lead generation company I have ever worked with.

Best leads so far. Good company. they stood behind the less than perfect leads and replaced them. We got our first appointment in a week and our best appointment to date was just listed for 700K.

Was promised I would receive leads concierge style and through their “referral radar”. I haven’t even had a glimmer of hope with any of these “leads”. If I’m lucky enough to get someone on the phone they have no idea what I’m talking about and no interest in purchasing. This has been an awful experience and complete waste of time and money. Do not use trust their sales people, you will get nothing out of this.

I am so excited about Setschedule. I had some luck when I first started, and got a listing at my first appointment. I was able to build relationships with 5 other homeowners in the course of the year and probably will have another listing next month, and 2 more by the new year! So excited to be working with Setschedule. My team and I have just renewed and plan to make this a focus for our marketing strategy next year!

For the last five years I've been living in the same place that I'm renting from SetSchedule. I haven't had many problems, when when I have my agent has been friendly and responsive and I have always been satisfied with her solutions. My experience has been very positive and I would gladly rent from SetSchedule again.
