Hey @atsuhiro_teshima! First of all, congrats on your launch 🥳, I know you've been working hard on this for quite some time! The UI is stunning 👏🏼, the onboarding process is very smooth! Maybe it might be a better idea to expand support for .mov files since that's the default for mac recordings? And would love the option to have some clear space added in my video where the headline goes. It's a great product in general (and I'll use it for sure for paymeformyai)! @asaxena1415 Thank you for the detailed feedback, Aditya! I will definitely add support for .mov files. Actually, the server side already supports it, so I only need to change the client-side code. I will do it immediately after the launch:) > And would love the option to have some clear space added in my video where the headline goes. I'd like to hear more about this. Do you mean the space between lines? Or the placement of the headline?

@via_s12 sure thing :) At first glance, the interactive journey feature seems perfect for onboarding/customer support. When users record their feedback, are they able to also record their screen? That would be huge for a company like ours. It's sometimes hard for the CS team to understand how to recreate a particular issue that the users are encountering.

@via_s12 @mzatorski Thanks for the question, out platform currently doesn't support screen recording, but it is on our roadmap. I'd love to discuss more about your usecase with you and your CS team. Let me get back to you! You can combine choices, text feedback and video feedback to ask the detail of the issue. For example, customers can select one of the choice to select the issue type, then ask the details in text and video. I'd love to support on this, too😃

Congrats on the launch! 🚀 This looks super interesting - love that they can respond either with text or video. Really engaging, and I expect the quality of feedback would be higher if they were able to record a video. If someone submits a video, can the content be transcribed?
