Turning a Google Sheet into a live API is a clever shortcut for prototyping. We have a lot of internal data already living in Sheets that people keep rebuilding into databases for new tools. Being able to just paste the link and get endpoints would save a ton of unnecessary migration work.
I like about the honesty of the approach. It doesn't pretend to be something crazy. It's just: your data is in a sheet, your app needs that data, here's the bridge.
