If two very similar startups ask the agent, the answer might be similar, but it really depends on your prompt as well.
I am pretty much the exact user for this. Two honest
questions: how opinionated is the advice (generic "post more on
Twitter" vs. actually tailored), and does it learn from what
worked/didn't in my specific context over time? That's the line
between "another growth tool" and "actually useful".

So it takes into account your project's context. The more details you provide there, the more tailored the answers will be. It is not automatically learning, I think this could be a good addition to the app where you can provide feedback which will be part of the project context (so when prompting next time, it will know these).
