Silferbot is also supported by a great fb community with a lot of knowledge and expertise shared on a daily basis. The flow builder in Silfer Bots is one of the most advanced, in terms of features and functionalities available. I had built my Quizbot earlier with Manychat, but cos of some problems, FB blocked it. I ended up rebuilding my Quizbot flows in Silfer Bots. Was really surprised when I saw that the flow sizes was reduced by almost 40% when compared to Manychat... And considering Silfer Bots has lots of native integrations with 3rd party services like DialogFlow, wit.ai, their inbuilt ecommerce modules, Dynamic Gallery Sheet integration, the need for buying 3rd party licences is totally cut off, thus saving us money in the long term. I whole heartedly support Silferbots and recommend it to everyone... I have moved almost all my projects from Manychat to Silferbots now...

Pros 1. Tons of build-in platform integrations such as Google Sheets, Diagflow, email autoresponders, ... (Cut the cost of third-party hub platform) 2. Beginner friendly build-in ecommerce platform 3. Build-in transactional email automation and personalized landing page builder 4. Active customer support through Messenger live chat, email support 5. Strong enthusiasts and developers community on Facebook Group for helping each other Cons Not all platform are perfect. There are no cons for Silfer Bots actually but it needs some areas of improvement as follow 1. Complete and fully customizable Audience dashboard although current dashboard can filter out audience easily. (Segments/lists building, and instant Facebook Custom Audience synchronize action in each segment/list) 2. Broadcasting analytics should be clearly visualized under broadcast history tab 3. Improvement for website chat plugins
