Most fitness apps hand you a rigid table or lock everything behind a paywall — and none adapt when your knee or back acts up. Simbiosis Training builds a real plan around your goal, level, time and equipment (home or gym), and adapts to your limitations. It logs weight, reps, RIR and rest inside each session, with a visual exercise library, warm-ups, nutrition guidance and progress tracking (photos + measurements). Free, no ads, 7 languages. New users get 1 month of Premium free.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I'm the solo developer behind Simbiosis Training. I built it out of my own frustration: fitness apps either gave me a static routine or paywalled the basics, and none adapted when I had a knee problem.
So I made an app that actually builds and adjusts your training around your goals, your equipment and any injuries — and lets you log the real numbers (reps, RIR, rest) as you train. It's fully in 7 languages, has no ads, and new users get a free month of Premium to try everything.
I'd genuinely love your honest feedback — especially on the onboarding and the coach. What would make this a daily-use app for you? I'm reading and replying to every comment today. Thank you for checking it out! 🙏

One thing that would make this stand out even more for me is a quick way to share a session or weekly plan with my training partner so we can stay on the same page without texting screenshots back and forth.

honestly this looks really thoughtful, especially the part about adapting to injuries because that's usually what makes me quit an app. one thing i'd love though is some kind of wearable sync so i don't have to manually type in reps when i'm mid set. that would actually keep the logging consistent instead of me guessing at the end.

honestly love that you track RIR, that's a nice touch most apps skip. one thing that would help me though is some kind of quick swap suggestion when i mark an exercise as too hard or too easy mid-session, like recommending a variation on the fly instead of just skipping it. would keep the flow going when something doesn't feel right
