How long does it take for the app to learn what type of training suits me? And is there any mechanism to make me go to training when I have a bad day, for example?
@nikola_ognjanovic You'll complete an onboarding that takes about 5 minutes. That will give a great initial understanding of the training that suits you. From there you'll get your first workout, and if you'd like to give additional feedback or change anything with that workout, you can Remix it! The app will re-work the workout with your feedback.
We've found that getting one workout at a time is really motivating in itself! I'm excited to complete that workout to then get the next one. If you happen to be having a bad day, feel free to let the app know and it will adjust your workout with what it knows about you. A new, exciting workout might be just what you need.
