A private skin health journal for your iPhone. Track moles, spots, and skin changes with photos over time. Show your dermatologist real data instead of saying "I think it got bigger?" Your photos never leave your device. No cloud. No account. Just a simple, private tool for people who want to take care of their skin health.

This one looks interesting, great work on the product.
Hey PH 👋 I'm John, founder of OutWest Labs.
I built SkinTrack after a dermatologist pointed at a spot on my arm and asked if it had changed. I had no idea.
So I built the tool I need. You take a photo, tag the body area, and track changes over time. Everything stays on your device. No account, no cloud, and no one sees your skin but you.
It's free on the App Store and I'd love your feedback.
@outwestlabs Congrats on the launch. It’s a good idea, i mean tracking skin changes over time is actually harder than it sounds, this is a nice way to handle it. How do you compare photos across time?
Hey @josh_bennett1 once you have multiple photos for a spot over time, you can view them on a single screen and see the change between them by swiping. Think “before and after” function. You can also swap out the a and b images if you have more than 2.
the "I think it got bigger?" problem is so real - that moment at the dermatologist where you're guessing from memory is exactly when you wish you had photo evidence. the local-only storage is the right call for something this personal too
