Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Selim Rana from BDThemes, and I'm excited to share Smart Admin Assistant with you today!
The backstory: After building popular WordPress plugins like Element Pack (used by 300K+ sites), we kept hearing the same frustration: "WordPress admin is a mess." Site owners were installing 15+ different plugins just to customize their dashboard, secure their login, and manage content efficiently.
So we asked: What if ONE plugin could replace them all? 🤔
That's Smart Admin Assistant – 60+ features organized into 9 smart modules.
The powerful modules include—
Admin Interface
Login & User Management
Performance
Security
Component Disabling
Custom Code
Utilities
Content Management
Additional
Turn on what you need, ignore what you don't. No bloat, no conflicts.
What I'm most proud of:
The drag-and-drop menu customization (it's ridiculously smooth)
Advanced security that actually stops brute force attacks
White-label branding for agencies
Performance optimization that meaningfully speeds up sites
Try it free: We have a fully functional version on WordPress.org. No credit card, no tricks.
I'm here all day to answer questions! What's your biggest WordPress admin headache? Let's see if we've solved it. 🚀
This looks very helpful. Here are some of the things I guess you could improve.
The navigation looks a bit too much to me. The video shows the same menu items on the WordPress admin menu and inside the plugin page. Do you think you could have kept the menu on the admin bar and not on the app?
Please correct me if I am wrong. The intended users would know which option does what. So you could reduce the amount of text and put the help texts behind a tooltip.
You could remove the blue banner at the top and use the upgrade option on better places to save screen space. I believe there is a lot of space left for UX improvements.
