Curious how you handle the "recovery debt" axis without it feeling subjective, what kind of scale or framing do you use for users to actually score it consistently?
@sevdadakrafhrz Yeah, measuring stress without it just being a guessing game is tough. We purposely avoided those vague scale of 1 to 10 questions because everyone's 7 is different.
Instead, we looked at concrete behavior, like the weekend test. Does a normal two day break actually reset you, or do you wake up Monday morning still running on empty? Looking at how long it takes you to bounce back gives a much clearer picture than just checking how you feel in the moment.
The three-axis framing actually made me pause and think about the difference between cognitive load and recovery debt, which I usually just lump together as "I'm tired." No signup at all is genuinely refreshing.

Faking it and masking your energy during a conversation is a completely different monster compared to the leftover hangover you feel the next day. Isolating those two lets you actually see where the leak is happening. And yeah, forcing people to hand over an email just to check their mental battery felt dirty. Glad you liked the clean flow!
