I built this because time kept slipping by and I couldn't account for it.
I'd look back at a month and feel like I'd done nothing - but I had been out, seen people, lived my life. I just had no record of it. Social life is just one piece of it - time disappears from all the things that matter. So I started tracking manually in a spreadsheet. Two years in, I'd pull the stats at the end of each year. Both times - surprised. People I felt closest to weren't always the ones I actually saw most.
So I built SocialLife Diary - not to rank people, but to see the full picture. Who I actually spend time with, where I go, how I feel, what I spend. A private archive of my own life.
Funny side effect: friends who thought it was weird now regularly ask where they rank on my list - and compete to get to the top. 😄
