- We already have AI-driven analysis in place, which focuses on people based on what their network says about them. And we’re actively working on adding additional AI-driven analyses that take into account all performance-related data within Socyal to provide even deeper insights about people and teams.
- With Socyal, teams are able to set up their own “activities” with customizable performance metrics, skills, behaviors, and abilities that are pertinent to them. In addition, we support org-defined top-down “activities” with their own performance metrics. This flexibility allows for the alignment of individual and team goals with organizational strategies.
- We've designed leaderboards and streaks within Socyal to boost engagement and motivation, encouraging people to actively participate and collaborate.

Involving remote teams in the PM process should be more than just a strategic choice; it's a commitment to recognizing and valuing the unique strengths and contributions of every team, no matter where they are located.
And in general, involving all teams in the Performance Management (PM) process is essential for gaining buy-in from employees.
We’ve attempted to help orgs achieve this by enabling tailored "activities" to be set up.
So for example, teams can define their own activities with performance metrics, skills, abilities, and behaviors pertinent to their specific needs. This flexibility enables teams to assess each other based on what's important to them, be it soft or hard skills. Additionally, organizations can implement 'top-down' activities designed for assessing contributions to organizational initiatives. This ensures alignment with the broader company goals.
By combining these activities, organizations gain a well-rounded view of both individual employees and teams. This approach not only fosters inclusivity but also provides a comprehensive understanding of how everyone contributes to the organization's success.
