Congrats on the launch!
Spec10x would be really useful tool to gain insights about possible pain points of your customers.
But for someone like me who is not very familiar in collecting people's feedback,
What would you recommend in using to collect feedback and interviews for analysis
VibeNecto
@gapostolov The most effective way is to schedule calls with customers, ask them about the challenges they are facing, and how you can help them achieve their goals with your product.
Once you have them, you can upload them to Spec10x, and it will tell you exactly what you should work on next.
As you keep adding interviews over time, do the themes update and shift, or is each upload treated as a fresh start? Seeing how user pain points change over time would be really valuable.
VibeNecto
@jared_salois Yes, as you keep adding interviews, themes keep updating and shifting. I am currently working on adding customer support tickets; more signals will give better themes.
Does it work with audio recordings too, or only text transcripts?
VibeNecto
@wyatt_brooks1 It works with audio recordings too. We are working on the connector to automatically connect with Fireflies, so you won't have to upload anything; everything will be synced.
"Cursor for PMs" is exactly the right way to pitch this. The hours PMs lose manually combing through transcripts is real — and the real value isn't just speed, it's getting to evidence-backed decisions instead of gut calls. The citations behind every insight is a smart touch.

@ventriloquist12 Thank you. Did you give it a try? Please let me know your feedback
