This looks awesome! Commercial real estate is a great asset class but unknown to most. It's also high friction to start investing in. I considered doing it a few years ago but never took the leap as I was busy with many other things. Making it accessible to everyone and frictionless is a great mission. Looks super interesting. I've been doing a ton of personal finance stuff recently and I'm always curious how the 1% makes such large returns.
