What I’m curious about is the boundary between generation and control.
At some point, especially in production, teams don’t just need good output - they need predictability and constraints.
If Stitch keeps evolving layouts and structure across iterations, how do you prevent drift from the original system over time?
I am often trying to marketing assets with product UI. Is this something that can help me with that?
Rohan, thanks for hunting this! The DESIGN.md feature is a standout for me. As a solo founder constantly juggling design and development for Gridance Studio, maintaining consistency is the ultimate challenge. Does Stitch allow for importing existing design systems via DESIGN.md, or is it purely generative from the canvas context?
The DESIGN.md consistency layer is the part that actually matters — generating one good screen is easy, keeping 50 screens consistent is where every AI design tool breaks down.
Built Zeno Finance's entire UI with zero design background using AI tools. Something like this would have cut that time in half. Congrats on the launch!
Pretty nice, curious to see how it handles the handoff to claude.
