Hey, congratulations on the launch! I have a couple of questions. How does the "forcing" mechanism work? Are you implementing any reporting on the DNS level so it's blocked in specific countries? Also, is it possible that this strategy can be used by the copycats themselves to block the original website (or perhaps just another competitor copycat)? Another concern is that this essentially eliminates the possibility of competition. If your product can be replicated in days, then perhaps the issue is not the copycats ;)

@semanser Hello andriy thanks for your feedback will try to cover the points: - For getting the site down their is a law called DMCA that protects individual's intellectual property. Based on that we notify the according parties that they ar violating the copy write policies of the users. Basically site owner, domain registrar, and hosting provider (we plan on adding other platforms in the fure like paid networks but not there yet) - To prevent copycats from using it we have just implemented a verification layer so that wer can verify all the cases previous to reporting them: https://x.com/davidalarse/status... - We don't think this tools goes against competition. This is how we see it quoting @dannypostmaa: Competition = Same idea, same market, but; [ unique ] branding, features & communication (copy, visuals etc). A [ unique ] take on what’s out there. Copycat = Same idea, same market, but; [ stolen ] branding, features & communication. An exact [ replica ] of what’s out there.

Hey @jacinto_fleta Does "Stop Copycats" clearly show it fights product theft? While catchy, is the description too broad ("global law") for everyday users?

@david_alarcon1 You can protect photos and trademark ornaments, trademark logos, original articles. But not the design in it self. I.e: The way things are arranged, the colours, titles etc. There is no protection there that I ever have been aware of. Doing a quick search with various GPTs also confirms this. But please prove me wrong. I would love to know as I'm no expert.
