Hey all! In 2001, my family and I arrived in the U.S. from Venezuela with sadness but also hope for a better life. It wasn't easy, but we've been able to make a decent living. Often, kids are the ones who first learn English, and they have to translate and explain things to their parents. But that can be stressful for them - reading letters, attending calls, and translating conversations instead of playing or doing homework. It was from this experience that the idea for our service was born. My dream is that this tool will help thousands of Latino immigrants achieve their dreams and that newcomers can better defend themselves with the little English they know. Let's make it happen!
