This project started because my career coach friend was spending 10-15 minutes after every Zoom call on manual admin work — notes, follow-ups, and formatting. With 8+ meetings per day, that added up to hours of unnecessary busywork every week.
I first tried a prototype version for him, then walked him through prompt engineering. After 5+ calls refining the same prompt together and hearing the same complaints from his coworkers, I realized this needed to be a real product. So I built Sumi — a no-code meeting intelligence tool that lets anyone describe exactly the output they want (candidate scorecards, coaching recaps with homework, sales briefs, translations, custom schemas, etc.).
