I was waiting to have something like this for so long! Have been using other notion bridge services like super and have hosted notion websites using other tools but this looks like a neat solution in this space. Will give it a try and reach out to you for feedback!

Congrats on your launch! It's a huge advantage to move the content management part of the help desk into an existing tool like Notion.
One thing I'm curious about is if you envision having a "logged in" experience for end-users. If you went that route, you could enable chat and notifications so CS agents could engage with users right at the point of need, and maybe sending that activity back to intercom/salesforce/hubspot so AE's could use that as an excuse to reach out.
I'm not sure how aligned that is with your SEO value prop, but that's just where my mind goes when I think about support.
Question: Is there a vertical or company-stage that you think your product is particularly well suited for? What led you to place your bet on building a support tool when there are so many on the market?

@maxcameron Thank you Max! We are going to be adding a AI chat support to our product, it is next in our roadmap!
We're aiming for startups that don't have a huge team, as we know from experience that at that stage most of your help docs tend to be in Notion(for notion users.). And Notion is the #1 tool used in most startups.
We want to target existing Notion users, so that our tool can become an asset for their existing hard work :)
@parul0_0 Having a help centre is really critical for day one and always goes down in priority. This is great that Synced.so has solved this.
