We ensure that all the elements from Notion are picked as is, including any colour adjustments, image sizes and internal page linking. It is to ensure that your experience on Notion matches your experience in our Help Center.
There is UI customisation available in terms of selecting the colour, setting up your company logo and navigation links.
For users who want deeper customisation, they can approach us and we'll do our best to customise anything else!
The market is quite competitive, but in particular we are focusing on a niche - Notion users who need Help Centers. A ton of founders(us included) tend to keep help docs, but they stay in Notion as there is low motivation to put in the effort of using another CMS to create a Help Center.
