I've tried many e-mail builders and Tabular is the only one that is built very well and passes all the tests when I try an e-mail on 50+ clients (outlook...). It has also a mobile builder that is not simply a "show-only preview" but is a stand-alone builder that let you differentiate the desktop version from the mobile as you wish.

One of the polished tool to create emails. It supports majority of the email service providers. Its quite simple and easy to use; drag the respective widget, add your content, copy it to your email service provider. Congratulations Tabular, on your PH launch.

@kingromstar Gmail unfortunately does not allow you to send complex HTML (including media queries) straight from your Gmail inbox. The best way to send HTML emails would be through an email service provider.
@kingromstar I think there are some "HTML for Gmail" addons out there that let you toggle between visual and HTML when you're drafting an email in Gmail. But it's been a few years since I used one so can't help you out with a specific name.
