@williamrobertscott Thank you! AI allows the remake of a lot of things, including goal management (love your product!) and chat :D
We use few-shot learning. So if you already have chat history in some channels/ groups, AI will learn from your chats and mimic your style (e.g. bosssy, or polite, or use emoji, or brief, or positive, etc.). It works across platform as long as you integrate the platform into Tanka through API :)
Oh my gosh, Tanka sounds like the ultimate brainy sidekick teams didn’t know they needed! As someone who’s accidentally ghosted emails longer than a Netflix series, the idea of AI Smart Replies with ACTUAL memory (not goldfish mode 🐟) has me doing a happy dance. FINALLY, no more copy-pasting "Let me circle back" for the 100th time – Tanka’s got our backs (and brains)!

The statement is highly subjective. Can the “Chief Memory Officer” truly play a strategic role like a C-level executive?
Inefficient communication is not necessarily caused by a lack of historical records or long-term memory, and long-term memory may not necessarily solve the problem of inefficient communication.
Stored data does not equal useful data. Is there a user feedback mechanism? Could the feedback mechanism actually reduce communication efficiency?
For small startups with low communication volume, the value of AI memory may not be apparent.

We filter noisy chat information and structure them as useful 'memory', so it's viewable, retrievable, and it can help AI smart reply to your messaging tools and emails more accurate. We don't just store data as it is - we make it useful - that's exactly what we offer. As long as we help some teams solves some issues we are happy about it.
