What TEDx did at the local level for changemakers now Jay and Eric are doing at the local level too, and I'm here for all of it. I hope aspiring podcasters know what a *huge fucking unfair advantage* it is having the Upside team in your corner. Launching a pod is like moving to a new home. Longtime listener of the podcast and it's been amazing - very high-quality, thoughtful and highlights some great regional and local stories. The 'experiments' with Cleveland and Cincinnati have been a hit and I think this can go to dozens and dozens of markets around the US and find a meaningful, engaged audience everywhere. Onwards!

What a KICKA** business model guys! Congratulations! This reminds me of one of my oldest running ideas that I will eventually try and build out after I finish my current project.. With blogging, and really podcast, also.. it's really the most guaranteed successful model, when you do the correct research and follow the correct steps to build & launch one. I've been dying to start "community" blog network model, where I sponsor all that is needed for the beginner bloggers, then as I teach, they will build and work on building out their blog, then we would have a massive network all splitting the earnings. Then just do it over, and over again! (Eventually relevant companies will sponsor the needed products to get started & scale, after I prove the model & sponsor the first 10, or so...) I have started a little bit of it and think I know how I would approach it, but if anyone is interested in joining, reach out! Either way, enough of all that! Congratulations & way to go! - You all took the necessary action & now, here you are launched on PH, and getting great positive feedback, already! Keep up the hard work team!
