How heavy are the animations? Are they CSS only, or do they use JS, and does it stay smooth on slower phones?
@yogesharc Compacting and retrying as their own states is the detail most agent UIs forget. Good luck with the launch.
"compacting" as its own state is a nice detail, that's a very Claude-Code-specific moment (watching the context window get summarized) that most status indicator libraries wouldn't think to name separately from generic "thinking." was literally in a thread earlier today about whether there's a good UI signal for an agent that's stuck vs one that's just taking a long time on something genuinely hard - do you have (or plan) a state for that, or is the honest answer that "stuck" isn't knowable from the UI layer and has to come from the harness itself
Thanks for making it free and open source. A polished status indicator is something most people skip because building the animations takes forever. Now I can just drop it in.
