Time Tracker King is a local-first time tracker for macOS and Windows that lives in your menu bar or system tray. Start and stop activity timers without breaking focus, add notes, visualize your day, and fix entries with Select, Split, and Draw tools. Explore statistics, import or export CSV, and keep full control of your data.
I tried many time management methods and tools, but all of them caused pain. As I was making my own time tracker, I had a few requirements. First, it has to be simple to use. By staying in the tray, Time Tracker King is easy to access. Click on its icon and click on an activity to start and stop the timer for it. Secondly, I wanted to know how much time is spent in which activity and when, at a glance. So, Time Tracker King has stats as a table and a chart. It shows total time spent and percentage. Then, I wanted easy edit of time records because I forget. So, in Time Tracker King, you can just draw on the chart to add activity periods, or click and split or delete activity periods. Raw data editor and CSV export. I have been using Time Tracker King for months and I love it!

The local-first approach is honestly such a smart call for a time tracker, feels nice knowing all that data stays on my machine instead of some random cloud server. Really clean execution on that.
