Congrats on the launch.. One thing I'd challenge: 'real-time' often sounds better than it performs. Most SMBs I work with don't need faster dashboards; they need better questions. What's the decision framework Timelaps is built around? Speed without strategy just accelerates bad calls. Would love to see how you're thinking about guiding action, not just surfacing data.
Two important things:
Primary consumer research is a horrifyingly outdated thing these days, and it's still so expensive and time consuming.
Harry is an amazing builder who definitely knows what he's doing; I am excited to see Harry working in this space, because it serves such a sore need.
