Focusing on reducing fear and overwhelm is so refreshing. Many productivity apps assume everyone can just push through, but that’s not the reality for a lot of people.
@erica_johnson4 I still get overwhelmed by Asana and ClickUp because there is so much and it demands that you complete a task on time, vs completing a task in general and feeling good about it. Not just relieved it's over.
The breathing space feature is such a clever addition. Taking a moment to calm your mind before diving into a task can really change your perspective.
@salim_myely I use it often - I'm hoping to partner with breath work professionals and yogis to help improve the pause feature of this app. And exactly right, it's to stop and get perspective and clarity.
