@rick_fan Our assessment is based on data we've collected from coaching fellows through the job hunt. While there surely are other sites, we all take slightly different approaches to hit the same goal. That said, this assessment is free, so there's nothing to lose trying it out! And we welcome any and all feedback!

👋 Stella from Formation here! Super stoked to see a product I wish I had 3+ years ago! As someone who attended a bootcamp and was going blind into the job hunt- I was often scouring the internet for direction and throwing daggers with Leetcode hoping something would stick.   I believe TIRA with help engineers at every level by providing direct feedback to see where you stand AND guide you on your next steps. I am so proud of this tool and the team that built it! Good luck my fellow engineers!! 💪

@kostyadoronin Thanks for the support!! Definitely not the first request we've heard on this — I hear you that Product Managers have been feeling the impacts of the job market recently too. Our core focus at the moment is SWEs because, although there are many solutions on the market, being founded by SWEs who have collectively interviewed THOUSANDS of engineers, we truly don't feel like the solutions on the market are effective. With that said — *totally* understand the need for more niche-specific resources like this. We're gathering all of this feedback to drive future iterations and we're hearing that feedback loud and clear. Thank you for voicing it! Like I mentioned in an earlier comment, we're exploring partnerships with more PM-focused companies or creators, but hearing this feedback definitely emphasizes the importance of better resources in the market.
