Over the past weeks since our launch, we've received tons of feedback, feature requests, and fresh insights from users.
And it's reshaped a lot in how we see todai and where it s headed next.
We're currently working on a major shift in the product: new functionality that will make todai even more useful as a daily thinking companion for people navigating emotional balance, stress, and wellbeing.
But before we go further, we want to talk to the right people.

Loved the approach you guys took in creating this app. Can you tell me how does the AI differentiate between a bad day and an actual negative pattern? Seems like a subtle but important distinction.
todai
@vincent_chen11 Great question — and yes, that distinction is super important to how todai works.
Right now, the AI doesn’t “diagnose” patterns on its own.
Instead, it looks at the emotional tone and context of each check-in, and then compares that over time using the Happy Lifestyle Index.
A single bad day might show up as a dip in Clarity or Energy — but it’s only when those dips repeat across multiple entries that todai starts surfacing it as a potential pattern.
Even then, the AI won’t label it — it’ll invite you to reflect on whether something might be recurring.
The idea is: todai suggests, you interpret.
That way, it supports awareness — without jumping to conclusions.

This is a really interesting product, but sometimes, what if I'm feeling emotional and don't want to record anything? Is there an easier way? Like, I could click something on my watch when I'm feeling angry, and it's resolved in a second!
todai
@hi_caicai Thanks for this, made us smile :)
We know that not every emotional wave comes with the energy to journal. We're already thinking about ways to make check-ins feel lighter. One day, it might even guess how you feel before you know it (we’re working on it 👀).
wow, this is going to be massive! The Happiness index feature and and voice messages will really help during everyday life
todai
@stas14 Thanks so much — really glad those features stood out to you!
We wanted todai to fit naturally into real, everyday moments — not just “ideal” routines.
Appreciate the kind words and support!
todai
@stas14 I think the main barrier to use therapy apps was the difficulty of typing and telling. Voice should radically change the market. We spent 10 months to develop a calculation method of happiness index

I've been using Todai for a few days now, and I'm really impressed✨. It’s already helped me gain more mental clarity and spot small wins I would’ve missed—highly recommend! Great work🚀 Wishing you all the best 🍀
todai
@maria_anosova you were among the first who've tested the app, and you comments were valuable for our future roadmap. Will be interesting to hear about your progress in a week or so.
Huge congrats on the launch, Gosha and the team! As a PM, I truly appreciate the balance you've achieved between emotional insight and usability. Todai doesn’t seem like just another “productivity hack”, but rather a space to think. Eager to see where this leads!
todai
@michael_vavilov Thank you so much — really appreciate that, especially coming from a fellow PM!
We worked hard to make todai feel less like a “tool to optimize” and more like a space to actually hear yourself think. Excited to keep evolving it — and would love to hear how it lands for you if you give it a spin.
Tila AI
I'm truly pleased that AI is not only enhancing productivity tools but also helping more people with their mental health! That's fantastic, and I wish you the best of luck with your product launch 🙌
todai
@tachikomaghost Thank you so much! That balance — between utility and emotional depth — is exactly what we’re aiming for. If AI can help people slow down, reflect, and feel a bit more grounded day to day — we’re on the right track. Appreciate the kind words!

Congrats on your launch :)
I hope I can find out more about myself.
Also the naming was really clever 😁
todai
@pritraveler Thank you so much!
Really hope todai helps you uncover a few useful things about yourself — even the quiet stuff we usually skip over.
And glad you liked the name 😄 Took us way too long to land on something that felt right!
