While doing market research, we made multiple 3am trips down to Canada's largest food terminal to talk to local food distributors. The people are extremely hardworking, waking up to sell at 2am, 6 days of the week 🌙 They talk directly to farmers, and take pride in the quality of their offerings. One of the big takeaways Trofi had from talking to them was that their products are sold in grocery stores, often at 3x the markup. We're trying to use the medium of group buying to decentralize groceries and empower these small businesses, local farms, and members of the community. 🚜 Feel free to ping us if you have any questions. Direct Farm to Consumer is for sure up and coming. It is a huge market and has very little taps currently. This is for sure a tap and maybe it will become a major player. I'm interested
