Thanks for the question, @harpaul! For strategy creators, Tuned is absolutely free. For investors, depending on the syndication they subscribe to, there may be a fee paid monthly based on the pricing model the strategy creator selects. Tuned has a revenue share in place with strategy creators for the income generated from making their trading signals available. We also encourage folks to use our exchange referral links, so we can get a small percentage of the fees they collect. In the future, we may offer new paid capabilities (ie. faster backtesting for strategy creators), but we'll always strive to ensure the core product is free and accessible to anyone.

Thanks for the question, @ryanthegrowthguy ! Tuned is a 100% custody-free solution. Anyone can connect the exchanges they already know and trust via API keys in order to receive and execute trading signals. Tuned will never ask for withdrawal or deposit permissions.

Hi @raylieburger! Thanks for your question. Tuned doesn't generate any official tax documents, like a 1099 in the US, since all trades are settled on your existing exchange account that you connect to Tuned. We know sometimes these exchanges don't have the best tax support either, so we do make it easy to export trades facilitated by a Tuned strategy to a JSON file format, that can be used to help with taxes. In the future, we'll want to take this a step further to make this even easier for people.

How much is it to subscribe to a strategy?

Hey @macykuang ! Strategy Creators make their strategies available to people as a Syndication that you can subscribe to for a fee (as long as it's not fully allocated already). Anyone subscribing to a Syndication will receive every signal that is generated and automatically place the order on the connected exchange. Strategy Creator’s can charge a Flat Monthly Fee, Allocation Fee (% of how much you invest) or Success Fee (% of profit generated).

Hey @philip_hur ! Tuned is available in any country where the supported exchanges are available (Binance, BitMex, ByBit, Coinbase Pro, Kraken). For example, US traders can use Tuned with Coinbase Pro or Kraken.
