Turn customer photos, videos, and social media posts into shoppable social proof on your WooCommerce store. Collect, curate, and display authentic user-generated content without monthly SaaS fees. Easy to set up, privacy-friendly, and built for WooCommerce.
Hey everyone! 👋 I'm C S Sultan from the RexTheme team.
I'm excited to introduce UGCify, a self-hosted UGC platform built specifically for WooCommerce.
Why We Built UGCify
The idea came from something we all do when shopping online.
While browsing a product, we check the price, view the photos, and read the description. Then, we scroll straight to the reviews.
And what catches our attention first?
Real customer photos and videos.
Those photos and videos help remove the biggest doubts:
"Does it actually look like in the product photos?"
"Is the quality really as good as advertised?"
It's natural. I do it too.
Real customer content builds trust and authenticity, helping buyers make purchasing decisions with more confidence.
The problem is that if you run a WooCommerce store, your options are pretty limited.
Most plugins focus on traditional star and text reviews, while dedicated SaaS UGC platforms become increasingly expensive as your store grows.
We wanted to change that.
And it's what led us to build UGCify.
What UGCify Does
• 📸 Collect customer photos and videos
• 📱 Showcase Instagram and other social content as social proof
• 🛍️ Create beautiful, shoppable UGC galleries
• 📧 Automatically request visual reviews after purchase
• 🔒 Keep all your data on your own WordPress site instead of another SaaS platform
Not Another Review Plugin
Our goal wasn't to build another review plugin.
We wanted WooCommerce store owners to have an affordable way to leverage authentic customer content, without adding another expensive monthly subscription.
---
We're still early, and we'd genuinely love your feedback.
A Few Questions for the Community
• If you run an online store, how do you currently collect customer photos or videos?
• Have recurring subscription costs stopped you from adopting a UGC platform?
• What's one feature you'd love to see in a WooCommerce UGC solution?
I'll be happy to answer any questions and hear your thoughts.
Thanks so much for checking out UGCify ❤️
P.S. We currently have a Launch LTD going on. You may take a look and see if it fits your needs.

Does this work with product galleries out of the box, or do I need to manually tag each photo to make it shoppable?
@niyazigzkergfi Hi, we have worked on AI auto-tagging. Right now, it's in the testing phase. Hopefully, we will be able to launch in an upcoming update.

Finally a plugin that pulls real customer photos right into the shop without that monthly subscription tag. Setup took maybe five minutes and the gallery actually feels native to WooCommerce.
@zgenwpg Thank you for your kind words. We will continue making this even better.

Finally a plugin that lets me use real customer photos on product pages without paying yet another monthly fee. Setup was straightforward and the gallery looks clean on mobile.

Love that it stays self-hosted instead of locking the whole thing behind another monthly SaaS fee, feels rare for WooCommerce plugins these days. The shoppable UGC angle is executed cleanly too.
