I built Verby Scan to MP3 to build my own phrases when learning a new language. There are 6 ways to make an mp3 - Simply Type - Paste your text - Scan Text - Scan Text + Translate Text - Upload Image, Crop and Recognise Text - Upload Image, Crop and Recognise Text + Translate Text When a new phrase is saved, it is auto grouped by language. The use of text to speech lets you listen to your saved phrases and improve reading comprehension and pronunciation It includes export as mp3 to share to your notes app or to friends.
