@jabcrosshook hi. The material that we used on the inner layer of our outer shell is PC, therefore, the hardness is relatively high. For the outer layer, we use TPU, therefore, relatively soft but also has a protective effect on pets. We have tested Wicked Ball on more than 100 dogs and cats to test all aspects of biting, gnawing and scratching. Eventually, Wicked Ball has passed the tests (for heavy chewer, bite marks may occur).

@sarah_ross1 To charge the Wicked Ball you need to take the Wicked Core Out (removing the outer shell). You need to charge it when the LED indicator is flashing Red or is still off. After plugging the Ball into a USB power socket the Yellow indicator will light up showing that it's charging. When the Green indicator lights up it means the charging is complete.

@baboyan_mary Thanks Mary, for your interest. Wicked Ball can run easily on normal carpets. For some thick carpets, it will attract pets' attention by twisting and rolling.
