You Had One Job is a website health checker that tells you what’s broken, what’s dodgy, and what you probably should’ve fixed before putting it live. Paste in a URL and it checks performance, SEO, accessibility, security configuration and general technical health. Then it roasts the result. Because nobody needs another 40-page audit full of corporate nonsense. If your site is good, we’ll reluctantly admit it. If it’s bad, we’ll tell you exactly how bad, explain why, and show you what needs fixing. No signup. No fake “AI-powered” waffle. No pretending everything is critical just to sell you something. Just a website, a score, some questionable decisions, and the occasional: “You had one job.”

Only 5 of 421 sites have scored 100

I ve now had 421 websites run through You Had One Job.

Only 5 have managed a perfect 100/100.

Most aren t terrible. They re just carrying the usual mix of things that got missed:

slow pages, accessibility issues, weak security headers, mobile problems, SEO basics, broken links, and all the little technical decisions that add up.
