On the Product: Its design philosophy is outstanding. It is, by far, the most intuitive and powerful product on the market that comes closest to a native Docker Compose experience. It seamlessly integrates with AI-assisted coding workflows and surpasses similar products in flexibility. Unlike platforms like Coolify or Dokploy that require complex configurations, Zeabur significantly simplifies the deployment process. It also avoids the pitfalls of other platforms that either lock you into their servers or sacrifice all flexibility with rigid one-click deployment templates. The recently added "one-click clone and migration" feature is a game-changer. It dramatically improves project stability and flexibility, providing a solid foundation for production-level implementation. On the Service: Zeabur's customer service is the most responsive and effective I have ever experienced from a SaaS provider. Many vendors still rely on inefficient email or ticket systems, often ignoring or giving perfunctory replies to complex issues. In contrast, every time I've had a problem, I received a response within minutes on Zeabur's Discord community, with issues being fully resolved within half an hour on business days. The technical team even proactively helps build and debug templates. Awesome job, product looks genuinely useful! I like the usage based pricing, which makes Zeabur have auto-scaling out of the box (without the hassle of Docker/Kubernetes). Most cloud providers that offer auto-scaling charge you per instance, but the flat per vCPU/RAM model honestly makes more sense. Will try it out at some point!

Beware of undeclared hidden costs. Try to search for the cost of one million daily page views and see no information is available. That's how they want it to bait and switch. They don't want you to know how much their service will cost until you're committed, and embedded. A legitimate service provides customers with pre-commitment pricing. Zeabur ms to intentionally prevent a business from knowing what zeabur hosting might cost them...
