ZipMessage is a great way to communicate about topics and details that need a bit more than an email, but that don't really need people to have the conversation in real time.
Congratulations, looks like a great product! Personally I would find it useful to be able to record the outcome of the conversation at the top of the thread, and be able to bookmark key conversations and assets in the conversation accordingly. This is particularly useful for a third party invited to review the conversation (such as a line manager) without rooting through the preliminary detail or backgorund.
Good luck with the rest of your PH day and with ZipMessage 🙂
@jaymiethomas That was exactly my thought when designing ZipMessage!
Each message in the conversation has it's own anchor link, making it easy to reference a specific part of a conversation, while still being able to scroll up or down for context.
Thanks Jaymie!
I'm bullish on how effective asynchronous conversations are while remote working with people across the globe, and ZipMessage is by far the best execution of this I've seen.
This is why ZipMessage is going to become a staple in any remote company in the coming months and years.
I've been using the product as a beta tester for a while and it's dramatically changed how I communicate with colleagues, contractors and clients. From job interviews to customer support and sales conversations, ZipMessage really can help enhance the way you work.
Thanks for building this, Brian 🔥
@jmckinven couldn't agree more James, thanks for all the support this past year!

Congrats on the launch, Brian!
I switched to ZipMessage recently, and am honestly really surprised how its transformed my workflow. So far I've noticed:
• My communication is becoming more concise
• My calendar is growing nearly absent of non-essential meetings
• I'm no longer needing to onboard external folks to my Slack, ClickUp, etc.
I actually just paused another third-party tool I've used for years because ZipMessage made it obsolete.
Excited for you to popularize the ZM!
ZipMessage works really well for our small to work better remotely. I use it to give detailed feedback to my team on stuff they are working on, and I also use it for demos and walkthroughs of our product.
What I would love to see is tighter integration with Slack - so it allows for more collaborative back and forth. Without having to say - "hey I sent you a zip reply!" - I reckon this might be possible within threads.
@tharshanmuthulingam hey Tharshan, thanks for support!
We actually already have a direct Slack integration :) It notifies a Slack channel when a message has posted, and it even threads the conversation in Slack just like it does in ZipMessage. There's also a way to push messages from Slack back into the ZipMessage conversation. Docs on our Slack integration are here: https://kb.zipmessage.com/articl...

I've used it with contractors. It's a great way to clearly share information - to chat back and forth through screenshares. It's much better than trying to explain yourself in emails with screenshots.
I like ZipMessage because it let's everyone think about what they want to say without putting them on the spot. Way better than meetings for many types of feedback and discussion...
