I really think Zoom is the best of the bunch, and it has a lot of things about it that are very effective. Unfortunately, I think the fact that they agreed to offer it for free during the pandemic was in the end a problem for them. So they are continually trying to move into other areas like being the new Google Workplace or the new Microsoft or the etc., or new calendar. This all of which is really just confusing and doesn't help very much. I just don't think that Zoom Workplace is a good idea. The Zoom AI I use from time to time, but really there are other AI tools which do a better job of understanding what it is said in a meeting, so I don't use that as often. But for meetings, and I pay for it for meetings, there's nothing like it.
