About

I build SaaS products, and I keep building the ones I personally got tired of struggling with. 11+ years in IT taught me that most software problems aren't really tech problems — they're "nobody's job to fix this" problems. So I fix them. At QalbIT Infotech I lead the team behind Seekly, URLCrop, and NovusInvoice, and I'm currently deep in LiftUp — a CRM for people juggling more than one product. When I'm not shipping, I'm mentoring devs, breaking my own assumptions, and quietly convinced the next framework will change everything (it never does, I try it anyway).

One lead. Three pipelines. Nobody knew which product he wanted. So I built a CRM.

Hey PH, I'm Abid building LiftUp from India.

Let me start with the moment instead of a bio.

I was running multiple products out of one CRM, and one day I watched the same lead sit in three different pipelines and nobody on the team could tell me which product he actually came for. Not because anyone messed up. Because the tool was never built for people running more than one thing. It assumed one product, one pipeline, one motion. We had four.

That's the gap I couldn't stop thinking about. Every CRM is built for the single-product company. But founders shipping multiple products, and agencies running separate pipelines for a dozen clients, live in a completely different reality one where leads blur together, conversations lose their context, and deals quietly die because no one's tracking how long they've waited.

LiftUp - The CRM built for teams shipping more than one product

LiftUp is a CRM built for founders and agencies running more than one product. Every lead, deal, and conversation stays scoped to the product it belongs to — plus an SLA-native inbox so nothing sits unanswered.

When is the right time to launch on Product Hunt?

Because building products has become much more accessible thanks to AI, the bar has had to rise a bit, or at least the expectations have become stricter.

I built my own tool  SafeLimit, but personally, I wouldn t launch it on Product Hunt yet because it s still very basic and doesn t even have a website.
