i paid for a service. never received it. contacted customer service. response time was prompt and polite. EVEN THEN, i did not receive what i paid for. i will not be using this service again. i requested a refund with no response back even now which i did make the customer service aware if they could not deliever by end of day refund me. they went silent.......i'm very disappointed by this.
