I like how simple it is to create customer assistant bots using AskSpot. Provide AskSpot data, give it some instructions and Boom - AskSpot takes it from there and you've setup your own AI Customer Assistant. It looks like Flow Builder will make it even simpler to create specialized bots. I'm looking forward to trying this out.
