Privacy-first and no sign-up is the right call; most devs don't want another account just to format some JSON. 40+ tools are a solid foundation. The ones that tend to get the most daily use are the boring, unglamorous ones: diff checkers, base64, and JWT decoders. If those are already in there, you've probably got a daily driver for many people. Congrats on shipping!

The ones who get the most out of PH keep the momentum going by following up with commenters, turning feedback into visible updates, and staying active in the community beyond day one.
