PopAi is a useful app. I have not used ChatGPT 4 before, so I'm not sure about the advantages of PopAi over ChatGPT4. The upload PDF feature is great, and I have used it a lot. I have purchased the 1-year subscription. Yet, I wish they improve their customer service if:
1-If they allow cancellation of the subscription immediately after the purchase by refunding the money.
2-Respond to messages about issues and concerns about billing.
3-Have a feature to cancel automatic renewal (because if it gets renewed, they won't give back your money).
4-Also, I tested if I can cancel the current billing so it won't get renewed next year, and I received the following message, which is concerning:
'Leaving so soon? You'll miss thrilling new features, plus lose access to your uploaded documents forever—even resubscribing won't bring them back. Stay for simplicity, stay for the future!'
I would like to know why all my uploaded documents will be deleted if I cancel my subscription.
PS: There is 200 limit per month for using ChatGPT 4. Not sure if it is better to just buy ChatGPT 4 and have nearly unlimited access to ChatGPT 4 or use PopAi.
