
Total Remote is good concept.
BUT, Here, Deel chose cheap VISA/Onboarding partners across the globe which provide so much frustration to employees.They Do not provide starndard documents to avoid
taking responsibilities. They will follow up with you untill the onboarding is completed and they receive their payments, After that, They do not address any of your queries.
They totally unaware of international job standards and local laws the reason of that is they are choosing cheap local partners to get high profit margins.
Once you are onboarded, They will assign you with SPOC who never answers you emails and will take ages just to reply "we are looking into it". Hilarious!.
They will assign SPOC who will not be able to work and yet they will give excuses, I mean if someone is not in situation to work, what is a significance to assign it to a client where the issues are critical and need to be resolve.
They do not share any policies and yet will inform you that "we have policy not to do this/that". Local partners are pain in your head.
Very greate idea, But very poor staff and management.!!! i would never recommend any organization or my collegues to go with such non-existance cloud organization as they have everything virtual, even their promises/services/assurance...everything is virtual and not to be expected to come to reality.!!!!
