Why am I getting demos but no customers?

Hi everyone,

I m a solo founder building a B2B SaaS product for businesses.

I spent time researching the market and initially received positive interest for the idea. After building the product, however, I started facing a different challenge.

I m getting regular demos and the feedback is usually positive. People often say the product looks useful, but I m still struggling to get my first paying customer. Some prospects also say they already use larger enterprise systems for similar workflows.

I'll validate 20 of your target accounts against your ICP — free, evidence included (first 5)

I built an engine that validates companies against your ICP with cited evidence I'll run 20 of your target accounts free for the first 5 founders here.

Student founder. You describe who you actually sell to, my agents research each company and return fit/unfit verdicts with quotes and sources including honest "couldn't determine" instead of guesses. [One screenshot of a verdict card.] Drop your ICP in a sentence or DM me. Genuine question for everyone else: when you build target lists today, what actually eats the time finding companies, or figuring out if they're worth it?

How many users does it take to validate a product?

When you're a first-time founder/maker, and you're the only person using your own product, you probably overlook important things. That's why you need to test the product with as many people as possible.

The problem is that time is limited. You have to decide not only how many people will test it, but also who those people should be.
