This really helps the teams a lot from the design phase to actually understanding if they can have a good product fit or not. While I have seen enough people go on and on about perfecting the solution, I have been someone adamant on understanding the consumers first, but it comes with a problem of knowing how to ask and, more importantl,y what to ask and this tool just takes that away from the equation. For me, who had already started asking potential stakeholers, I was really suprised to see how close the results actually were to what people already told me on ground.

The analysing tool is a life saver too, if you already have a list of interviews or simulate it to see what happens, this is just a perfect stepping stone and a tool to make a big difference.

How does it handle multilingual research and personas?

I have only tried it in english, but I guess the pro versions can handle multiple languages
