Hi, I'm Akriti — an architect by training, a builder by heart. Life took me across countries and career breaks — first for motherhood, then supporting my child's hearing loss journey (which led to co-founding Lend a ear). Facing resume gaps and market uncertainty firsthand, I experienced how overwhelming job hunting can be. Upskilling into product building with GenAI opened a new chapter — and from that, JobGenie was born.
